Returns

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once you have received your RAN, please ship the item back to us at your own expense. Please include the RAN on the package.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

If you are requesting a refund for a returned item, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
